A Sailor Named Ocean

Jonas moved to a new city with his parents, where the streets are flooded with water during floods and heavy rains. Just a few weeks after moving, the boy finds a tiny sailor in the basement, who imagines himself as... Mr. Ocean. He was washed overboard from his own ship during a storm and brought to the basement stairs of Jonas's house.
Soon, the boy develops warm feelings for the little sea wolf, and they become best friends. But the call of the sea grows stronger in Mr. Ocean's heart with each passing day: he dreams of a ship on which he can sail again. Jonas doesn't want to part with his only friend - but the ship must appear!
