Hermeticism", published by the National State Sanctuary of the Memphis-Misraim Rite in Russia with the aim of enlightening readers in the field of the history and modernity of spiritual movements, their philosophy, and symbolism.
This edition is a continuation of the book "History of Masonry in Documents" published in 2010 and contains 21 historical documents related to the history of masonry.
All documents are published for the first time in Russian and are accompanied by historical and cultural commentaries, being published for the first time.
Early primary sources on the history of masonry are presented in a variety of genres, both artistic and documentary. The collection includes key texts dated from the XIII to XVIII centuries.
These are the "ancient constitutions" of the stonemason and carpenter guilds, "exposures" of masonic rituals, educational catechisms of early lodges, and propaganda pamphlets aimed at condemning or defending the masonic brotherhood
