Avadhuta Gita. The Song of the Free

“Avadhuta Gita” — “The Song of the Free” — is a Sanskrit text, dated approximately to the IX-X century, written in the spirit of uncompromising non-duality and pointing to the highest Truth. The authorship of the “Avadhuta Gita” is attributed to the famous Dattatreya. In his youth, Dattatreya gained fame as a great warrior, but soon renounced the world and dedicated himself to the practice of yoga. As a result, he attained the highest state of Liberation, becoming an avadhuta. This is for all those interested in the spiritual culture of India.
