Health-improving gymnastics. 4-5 years. Exercise complexes

The manual presents complexes of health-improving gymnastics for children aged 4–5 years. A variety of game tasks and small mobility games are provided. The exercises are selected in accordance with the physical development features of preschoolers aged 4–5 years, taking into account the specifics of the conditions of the place of conducting (gym, playground) and the season.
