Health Gymnastics. 3-4 Years. Exercise Sets

This manual presents sets of health gymnastics for children aged 3–4 years. It includes a variety of game tasks and small mobility games. The exercises are selected according to the characteristics of the physical development of preschoolers aged 3–4 years, taking into account the specifics of the location (gym, playground) and the time of year.
