Uncle Styopa. Uncle Styopa - the policeman

The book includes two parts of the poem by Sergei Mikhalkov about the main giant Stepan Stepanov: «Uncle Styopa» and «Uncle Styopa - the policeman». The book features illustrations by Konstantin Rotov - a graphic artist, caricaturist, and book illustrator.... Konstantin Rotov «copied» the image of Uncle Styopa from the famous actor Alexei Batalov, his son-in-law. From the memories of Alexei Batalov: «After all, you, Lyosha, have a shoe size of forty-five.
