As the Fifty Hunger Games approach, fear grips all the districts of Panem. This year, the second Quarter Quell will take place, and each district must send double the tributes. Haymitch Abernathy tries not to think about it, wanting the Reaping to be over so he can spend time with his beloved girlfriend and family. When Haymitch's name is called, his familiar world collapses.
