Dwarf Noses

The tale "Dwarf Noses" has long and firmly become one of the most famous and beloved stories for children all over the world. Films and animated movies are made based on it, the story of Dwarf Noses is performed in... theaters and retold in new ways.

"Dwarf Noses" is included in the almanac of fairy tales by Wilhelm Hauff, first published in 1827, under the general title "The Alexandrian Sheikh and His Slaves."

Especially for this edition, the writer Anna Gurova re-translated the fairy tale from the German author, and the artist Anton Lomaev created illustrations that transport the reader to the streets of an ancient German city, where knights and wizards, ordinary townspeople and dukes live side by side, where everyday life is closely intertwined with magic.
