Connie Makes Cookies

The ability to cook is a very useful skill. In the process, the child learns to follow instructions, develops dexterity and fine motor skills, begins to understand different tastes and products better, and simply becomes more independent.

Connie decided to make cookies by herself, without waiting for her mom to help her. Fortunately, her mom eventually found time, and their cookies turned out tasty and very beautiful.

— Mom, when are we going to make cookies? — Connie asks for the third time this week.

But mom is either busy or not in the mood: first she needs to take Jacob to the doctor, then to the store, and now it still doesn’t work out because Jacob has fallen asleep after lunch.
