Today you can do everything

One Saturday morning, to the great surprise of Lyalya and Mishutka, Mama Bear announced that they were in for a very unusual day: a day when everything is allowed. Mama promised that today she would not forbid her bear cubs... anything, and they could do whatever they wanted. Candy for breakfast? Sure. Chocolate for lunch? Of course. Inflate the pool and splash around right in the room? No problem. Jump on the beds? As much as you want! Pillow fight? Go ahead! Lyalya and Mishutka had a blast. At first, they were in complete ecstasy, but by evening the joy had faded. Their tummies hurt from the sweets, the beds broke under their jumping, their clothes got wet, and the pillows ripped during the pillow fights. The poor tired cubs even had no place to lie down! Moreover, there was a monstrous mess everywhere that the bear cubs had to clean up. "And why did Mama allow us everything?" sighed Lyalya and Mishutka, realizing the consequences of their thoughtless actions. This unusual day helped the bear cubs learn that Mama says 'no' for a reason. If she sometimes doesn’t allow them something, there are sensible reasons for it. Having learned this from their own experience, the bear cubs long remembered the lesson.
