Ancient Symbolism of the Zodiac Degrees

This collection presents for the first time to the Russian-speaking reader the oldest interpretations of individual degrees of the Zodiac that have survived to this day (from the treatise of the Roman astrologer of the 4th century, Julius Firmicus Maternus), as well as the earliest known version of the "Sabian symbols" - 360 engravings symbolically depicting each degree of the Zodiac and accompanied by interpretations (from the treatise of the German astrologer of the 15th century, Johannes Angelus). 

Information from these ancient sources is accompanied by examples of famous people in whose horoscopes certain zodiacal degrees are manifested.
