Once upon a time, a restless and mischievous boy named Nils from a small Swedish village seriously offended a gnome. As punishment for such disrespect, the gnome shrank Nils to the size of a thimble. Our hero would have been lost if it weren't for Martin - the only friend who decided to help him deal with the trouble. Thus begins Nils's dizzying flight over the vastness of Sweden. Will the two friends manage to overcome all the trials and break the curse? Or will the gnome's magic prove to be stronger?...
