Alexandra Neronova's "Terracotta Tarot" is an author's deck that combines both classic understanding and interpretation of Major and Minor Arcana of Tarot, as well as images from ancient German and Dutch legends, myths of Ancient Greece and Rome, and mystical Western European literature of the 19th century. Each Major Arcana card has an author's sonnet, which serves as both a decoding and a riddle, while each Minor Arcana card has a key epigraph, also from the poems of Alexandra Neronova. All Major Arcana cards are color, while all Minor Arcana are made in terracotta tones, which gave the deck its name.  This deck has the usual number of cards – seventy-eight, 22 Major and 56 Minor Arcana, with no additional cards and no significant discrepancies from traditional images.
