YCT — is an exam for children up to 15 years old for the Chinese language as a foreign language. Volume 5 of the "Standard YCT Course" is intended for elementary and middle school levels and consists of 15 lessons, including: 170 new words, listening and spelling tasks, attention games, matching pinyin and characters, educational games in pairs and groups, drawing and matching pictures with text, various tests and learning songs, as well as a dictionary, translation of stories, and keys to the listening tasks at the end of the textbook.
