Orthodoxy. Primer

All methodological literature based on the author's program by Nadezhda Zhukova is built on a combination of traditional and original speech therapy methodology. The creation of the "Orthodox Primer" utilized the 30-year experience of a renowned speech therapist, and also... emphasized familiarizing the child with the basics of Orthodox culture. The "Orthodox Primer" combines traditional reading teaching methods with the simplest words and sentences from church life. The book features illustrations specially prepared for the "Orthodox Primer", includes the first prayers, as well as a glossary of the most essential words for an Orthodox child. This Primer can be used for teaching reading to all children. It is also recommended by the Synodal Department of Religious Education and Catechesis of the Russian Orthodox Church for lessons in Orthodox gymnasiums and Sunday schools.
