Anthology of Stories from the Spirit World. A Fairy Tale Therapy Course for Enlightening the Mind and Comforting the Heart

We present to our readers an anthology of healing mystical fairy tales from different countries and continents of the world. Their interpreters, and sometimes creators, include both well-known authors in our country (for example, African American writer Virginia Hamilton and Vietnamese Buddhist monk Thich Nhat Hanh) and those who are not yet known. These stories are also united by the fact that they are all accompanied by author comments.

Many may think that fairy tale therapy is aimed exclusively at children, but this is not the case, because we adults need magical worlds just as much, which help us find our inner resources, cope better with difficulties, and overcome obstacles in our life path, while our "inner child" still requires attention and care. Fairy tale therapy helps combat anxiety, but even if you haven’t been diagnosed with a psychological disorder, and you don’t feel either depression or anxiety, this type of therapy will still benefit you.
