This sweetness is the essence of all sweet things, leaving behind all other sweetness, and from it emanates the very ability to taste sweetness. This sweetness of Lord Krishna spreads its influence through a subtle brilliance that emanates from His transcendental body, resembling a soft golden light. The most beautiful part of Krishna's body is His shining face. The sweetest part of His face is His enigmatic smile - that silver moonlight of His face that spreads its nectar throughout the world. Without the radiance of Krishna's smile, sugar seems bitter, honey sour, and nectar tasteless. When the moonlight of His smile and the radiance of His form combine, they resemble the fragrance of camphor. When this camphor from Krishna's lips enters His flute, it issues from there with an unfathomable sound, powerfully attracting the minds of all who hear it. Just as words convey thoughts, moods can be understood through the eyes, and a smile conveys the feelings of the heart, so the sound of the flute conveys the beauty of Lord Krishna. It enters through the ears and establishes Him in the temple of the heart.
