It is appropriate to note: despite the usefulness of the advice and methods, spiritual life cannot be reduced to a mechanical scheme. Spiritual reform is a way of life. Therefore, we must devote ourselves to spiritual practice with all our soul and heart. And due to its individuality, spiritual life in its various aspects will always differ from person to person. Therefore, the recommendations in this book should not be applied literally.
