To Think Faster. Exercises with Numerical and Alphabetical Tables for Attention Development

This manual is a set of training exercises using numerical and mixed tables to develop attention stability and concentration, increase its volume, as well as the ability to allocate attention and switch it arbitrarily. The manual consists of three complexes... of exercises: the first is a preparatory one, consisting of the game - warm-up "Clap-arithmetic" and exercises with tables of dots, the second is on four-color numerical tables using four basic colors; the third is on mixed letter-numerical tables. The manual includes three appendices with tables:
Appendix 1. Tables 1, 2 with colored dots.
Appendix 2. Tables 3-10 (numerical).
Appendix 3. Tables 11,12 (mixed letter-numerical).
The manual is intended for specialists working with children (psychologists, speech therapists, defectologists, educators, governesses) and parents, and can also be used for independent work by high school students and even college students.
