Metamorphosis is the transformation of a creature or object into something else, even into something completely different. In the depths of the psyche live the chrysalises of our potential possibilities, the infinite ways we can change as soon as our will and external circumstances dictate these changes. Metamorphoses are the very expression of becoming; they permeate all aspects of our material and mental life.
On the other hand, Tarot is an expression of the path on which the querent is invited to embrace the idea of metamorphosis, a change within oneself that will allow one to know and integrate those archetypal parts of the Universe and psyche depicted in the Arcana. The awareness of Metamorphosis, thus, is a sign of a possible Metamorphosis of consciousness, and this unique deck is conceived as a key to unlocking the treasures of this inexhaustible creative reservoir resting in our unconscious.
