April 1970, Colombia. The spouses Alma Santa Cruz and Nacho Caicedo are preparing to celebrate their thirtieth wedding anniversary. On this occasion, friends and relatives are gathering at their luxurious home in a prestigious area of Bogotá. A seemingly wonderful... reason will lead to a multitude of curious and tragic events, drawing dozens of characters into the whirlpool. Against the backdrop of large and small life dramas, fundamental questions arise - about the fate of the country, unbearable living conditions, the nature of violence, and the limits of what is permissible.
