The pug Marcia loves it when everyone follows the rules. Before eating, paws must be washed, one must not be late even for a second, and things should be neatly hung in the closet. Unfortunately, not all the villagers near... the Blue Mountain agree with Marcia... One day she meets the grasshopper Faind, who informs her that in Ancient times there were Rules of Life.
