Once upon a time, there lived a good little bear in the forest named Mishka-Toptyzhka. Cute, clumsy, and flat-footed. The other animals teased him for his awkwardness, and then Papa Bear taught the little one a magical incantation that helps... one become strong and agile. But this incantation must be uttered after doing morning exercises. Mishka-Toptyzhka was persistent, he really wanted to be agile and strong. And gradually he became the most athletic in the forest - because he tried! Well, and the incantation, of course, helped.
