I Want to Speak Russian. Educational Complex for Bilingual Children. (1st grade)

The nationally oriented educational complex "I Want to Speak Russian" has been developed for the first time specifically for teaching the Russian language to bilingual children aged six to eight in the first grade of Russian weekend schools in German-speaking... countries.
The educational complex employs an original teaching methodology for the Russian language as a family language, aimed at fostering and developing the interest of bilingual children in further studying the Russian language and maintaining family communication in Russian. The authors rely on the language and culture of German-speaking countries and take into account the knowledge and skills acquired by students in the mainstream school of the host country.
