Literary Reading. Book 3. Textbook for bilingual students of Russian schools abroad

“Literary Reading. Book 3” continues the series of textbooks on literary reading, aimed at developing communicative and sociocultural competencies in bilingual children and providing students of bilingual schools with material for conscious reading and development of Russian speech.
The textbook includes both classic examples of children's literature and works by contemporary authors. The sections of the textbook are structured according to genre and theme. The tasks are aimed at understanding and interpreting works, developing students' speech and their creative abilities. The book introduces literary terms and concepts, and develops the skill of literary analysis of artistic texts.
All works are adapted for bilinguals. The texts of the works include stress marks, and linguistic and cultural comments are provided where necessary.
The textbook can also be used as a book for home reading.
