How to create an engraving

Take a sheet of cardboard in any color.

Color the surface with wax crayons to your liking.

Using a sponge brush, cover the entire surface with black gouache.

Wait for the paint to dry completely.

Using a stick from the kit, start tracing the drawing according to the stencil.

The top layer will wear away, revealing your colorful patterns beneath it.
