Snowy Words

The residents of a small town chatter on and on without stopping. Since everyone wants their voice to be heard, they all shout over each other. Gradually, kind and gentle words completely disappear from their lives. The children suffer the most from this: they all search and search for words that no longer exist. But an amazing snowfall begins, transforming everything around. The town seems to freeze, and the words disappear. The next morning, no one has the courage to break the perfect silence until those words that seemed forgotten reappear in all their glory. Valentina Mazelli lives and works in the Italian town of Varese, right at the Swiss border. Her main passion is theater. An actress, director, and playwright, she addresses her work to audiences of all ages, paying special attention to children. 

Chiara Nasi studied illustration at the European Institute of Design (Milan, Italy). In addition to children's books, she also brings vibrant colors of her talent to the fashion world.
