How to play?

Up to five players can play dominoes. For two players, each is dealt seven pieces; if there are more players, five pieces each, and the remaining pieces form the "market".
The first to play is the player who has a piece with two identical pictures - a double. If several players have such pieces or none do, it is better to start with the youngest child.

It is more convenient to place the first piece in the center of the gaming field; if this piece is a double, it should be placed across the future path of pieces. Then, everyone takes turns laying picture to picture from either end of that path. The player who does not have a piece with the required picture must take additional pieces from the "market" until they find a suitable one.

The winner is the one who first lays their last piece on the table, in the path. Therefore, the coveted phrase directed at the opponent sounds like this: "Go to the market!"

A situation may arise where none of the players have anything to lay on the table, but everyone still has pieces in hand. Such a state is called fish by avid players. And then the winner is the one who has the fewest pieces left in hand.
