"Neznaika in the Sunny City" is the second part of the famous trilogy by the wonderful classic of children's literature Nikolai Nikolaevich Nosov about Neznaika and his friends – the kids from Flower City. In it, Neznaika sets out to face adventures in the Sunny City and becomes the owner of a magic wand, which can lose its power if the boy commits three naughty deeds.
