Pollyanna

There is always a reason for joy, you just have to find it - this is how Pollyanna, the main character of the bright and kind story by Eleanor Porter, thinks. Pollyanna is a complete orphan, but she does not despair. Her superpower is seeing the good in everything and rejoicing in all that happens to her. She finds joy in the attic where her aunt Polly has taken her in. Pollyanna finds joy in the saddest things, but one day an unfortunate event happens to her: she may never be able to walk again. But even this terrible misfortune turns into joyful events, thanks to the orphan's optimism.
