Kashtanka

"Kashtanka" is the famous tale by the great Russian classic Anton Pavlovich Chekhov (1860–1904), written in 1887. Since then, the "mix of a dachshund and a mutt", the main character of the story, has become a beloved character for children, as her story of losing her owner, wandering, and finding new friends will remain in their hearts for a lifetime! The book features illustrations by the famous graphic artists brothers A. and V. Traugott. The work is included in the school curriculum.
