Blessed Matrona of Moscow

The holy blessed Matrona of Moscow is very close to us in time - she lived in the 20th century. People affectionately call her "Matronushka". Both Muscovites and residents of all Russia travel to the Pokrovsky Monastery to her, as... to a relative: some ask for healing, some for help in life's sorrows, and some turn to her with requests regarding their personal lives.
