The Compendium of Zodiac Degree Interpretations

This book is an indispensable reference guide for all those interested in the symbolism and meaning of individual degrees of the Zodiac. Unlike previous similar publications, it collects virtually all known interpretations for each degree: Biruni, Mark Manilius, John Angel,... William Lilly, Mark Edmund Jones and Dane Rudhyar (Sabian symbols), Jan Kefer, Reinhold Ebertin, Nicholas Devore, Sergei Vronsky and Boris Izraiteľ, the Avestan school, the Theban calendar, as well as the most important fixed stars. Interpretations of individual decans (faces) of each sign and the rulers of degrees are also provided, determined by the following systems: by the Star of the Magi (Chaldean sequence) with an indication of the "higher hypostases" of planets according to the Avestan School of Astrology; by the zodiacal cycle; since there is no consensus among astrologers regarding the connection of individual planets with signs, only the domicile of the degree ruler is indicated; according to the system of Paul of Alexandria (in particular, used by Kefer in his interpretations of degrees); according to the hermetic system "Liber Hermetis" for diurnal and nocturnal births.
