In the soul of the young hero of this story, a difficult work is constantly taking place. On one hand, he is an incorrigible fantasist and dreamer. On the other hand, he judges people's actions strictly and evaluates their qualities. Yura very much wants life around him to become simple and clear. Yet for some reason, life does not want to simplify itself! And the people around him are also in no hurry to meet Yura's expectations…

Vladimir Zheleznikov (1925-2015), the creator of the famous story "Chuchelo", masterfully describes the problems of the pivotal adolescent age.
