About Belochka and Tamara

These touching stories about Squirrel and Tamarochka were written by L. Panteleev, one of the recognized classics of children's literature of the twentieth century. The young heroines of the book are two sisters, sometimes naughty, sometimes playful, but cheerful and sweet. They constantly find themselves in all sorts of stories. If they go swimming without asking, all their clothes will be stolen. If they go for mushrooms, they will bring home a basket full of toadstools. If they take daddy’s ink without permission, they’ll spill it on the white tablecloth. It's good that their mother is kind. If she punishes girls, it is always with love, so the pampered girls live a very happy life.
