Vegetarianism and the Law of Karma

The life of any living being is sacred. Therefore, by losing respect for the lives of animals, people cease to properly value human life as well. In other words, each of us, voluntarily and consciously refusing to kill our younger brothers, can render the greatest service to all humanity.
The decision to become a vegetarian fundamentally changes ethics and makes one’s lifestyle more conscious. A vegetarian diet also includes the development of a comprehensive individual and collective change of consciousness. This change of consciousness can only be realized in gratitude, respect, and love. This principle of gratitude, respect, and love can be applied in all areas of life, not least in relation to food. And vegetarianism is a very important step in this direction.
