Fairy Tales

The book includes three fairy tales by Alexander Sergeyevich Pushkin: "The Tale of the Dead Princess and the Seven Heroes", "The Tale of the Golden Fish", "The Tale of the Priest and His Worker Balda", as well as an excerpt from the poem "Ruslan and Lyudmila". These works reflect the great poet's love for folk tales, native history, and the living Russian word.

Pushkin's fairy tales are still read today, and they are referenced by directors, playwrights, musicians, and artists. Our collection is illustrated by contemporary artist Ivan Antonovich Tsygankov.
