Domino Shapes

Learn the basic geometric shapes while playing a new interpretation of dominoes! Dominoes for kids «Shapes» is an educational game inspired by classic dominoes, where instead of black dots on the tiles, there are bright pictures.

How to play?

For 2 players, deal 7 cards each, for 3 or more players, deal 5 cards each. The remaining cards are placed in the center of the table with the pictures facing down, forming what is called a «market» («bank»).

The first move is made by the child who has cards with matching pictures («double»). If such cards are held by several players or, conversely, if no one has them, the game starts with the youngest player.

Then, all players take turns placing a picture next to another picture from either end of the «path». If the player making a move does not have the required picture, they draw tiles from the «bank» until a suitable one is found.

The winner is the one who first places all their cards on the table.

The game cards are made from thick cardboard, 3 mm thick, smooth and pleasant to touch. The bright pictures depict basic geometric shapes, helping the child learn their names and forms.
