The Flying Ship
«The Flying Ship» — an animated film, made in 1979 based on Russian folk tales by Garri Bardin. All the songs for the animated film were written by poet Yuri Entin. The fairy tale we present in this book is... created based on the songs and frames from the animated film «The Flying Ship». The Tsar, who had only a domain and no money, decided to marry his daughter to a wealthy boyar. But the princess does not agree with this. Moreover, while under house arrest, she met a chimney sweep named Vanya — a handsome and clever guy who is ready for heroic deeds for the sake of the royal daughter. Now his goal is to create a flying ship and whisk his beloved away on it.
