This metaphorical set is dedicated to the theme of lineage.
Relationships with ancestors are the foundation of our lives. The strength of this foundation influences the manifestation of other facets. For example, relationships with the father will later play a significant role in the choice of a spouse and relationships, which is one of the most important steps in a woman's life. This set of metaphorical cards can be used just like any other deck of MFC – using any techniques you like that suit your goals and requests. The set can be used in psychological practice, used at hen parties, or individual cards can be placed on an altar.

Technique “I Am Not Alone”
With the help of this technique, you will be able to get an answer to a current request (problem) for you. And also understand what resource and value your lineage can “transmit” to you, and outline actions that are important to undertake to resolve this request.
Steps:
- Formulate your request (a current question or problem for you). If desired, you can write down the request and all subsequent thoughts in a notebook.
- Choose a card that resonates with you the most when thinking about your request.
- What do you see on the card? What feelings arise in you when you look at this image? What sensations do you have in your body? How does what is depicted on the card relate to your request?
- Choose a card that will symbolize the resources of your lineage that will help you in resolving this request.
- What do you see on the card? What value (resource) does your lineage convey to you? Is this resource already present in your life?
- Read the text message and answer the question: “What will help me accept the resource of my lineage and apply it in life?”
- Choose a card that will reflect the actions that are important to take to resolve this request.
- What do you see on the card? What action is taking place on the card? Who is doing what? Where are you on this card? How do you feel? What do you want to do?
- Read the text message and answer the question: “What actions are important to take to solve the request?”
- Make a conclusion for yourself based on working with all three cards.
