King Matt the First

Janusz Korczak (1878–1942) – an outstanding Polish doctor, educator, and writer, who dedicated his entire life to other people's children. He opened an Orphan's Home in Warsaw, where children who lost their parents lived, studied, and were raised. Living a life worthy... of respect, Janusz Korczak died as a hero – during World War II, he perished in a concentration camp along with his little pupils, refusing the freedom offered to him.
One of the writer's most famous works – the tale «King Matt the First».
