Clement Garden of the Future

By the clouds, the gardener determines where the wind blows from and what the weather will be like tomorrow. And by the buzzing of bees in a blooming fruit orchard, he predicts what the harvest of Kazakh apples, Chinese currants,... Georgian grapes, and Armenian apricots will be. He knows everything about these plants, their flowers and fruits - but has never been to the countries from which their seeds came to his garden.
Together with the gardener and the author of this book, the outstanding French gardener and entomologist Gilles Clement, we will embark on a journey around the planet - to where sycamores, coffee, cocoa, corn, and ginger grow. We will swim and fly from continent to continent, looking at detailed and vibrant illustrations by the artist Vincent Grave - and collect the planetary Garden of the Future.
