On the Path of Zen. How to Practice Zazen

In our modern Western way of life, religion is not so otherworldly, and we do not need to leave our family to find good teachers, nor do we need to become monks or nuns to receive helpful guidance. However, like the Buddha, we can remain steadfast in our pursuit of the truth that we feel from the very beginning: "If not here, then somewhere else, somehow different."
