«BOM-BOM-BOM!» is a book about the circus. But not the kind of circus where you can buy a ticket and go to a show at a set time, but rather the idea of a circus that is born in a... child's mind when the word «circus» is just a reason for their own imagination.The artist Anton Lomayev lived in childhood in a small town of Vitebsk, where there was no circus of its own. He invented his own circus. And in this imagined circus, there was no place for violence, training, and coercion. Instead, there was a celebration and friendly co-creation of people and animals.The book «BOM-BOM-BOM!» tells about children's imagination, about the anticipation of a miracle, about the birth of a child's image of the world.For this book, the artist Anton Lomayev was awarded the All-Russian Competition of Book Illustration "Image of the Book 2019" in the nomination "Author's Book".
