The Wild Swans

Princess Elisa and her eleven brothers grow up in a happy family. But everything changes when a stepmother-witch appears in their home. She turns the princes into swans and drives little Elisa out of the palace… The fairy tale «The Wild Swans» — is a story about love, loyalty, and salvation. The main character confronts the evil will and the trials that come her way. But, as should be in magical fairy tales, everything will end with liberation from the evil spells and a wedding with a beautiful king. The illustrations for one of the most poignant fairy tales by Hans Christian Andersen for this edition were drawn by the famous Petersburg artist Anton Lomaev.
