The famous fairy tale was invented by Lewis Carroll at the request of little Alice Liddell – the daughter of the vice-chancellor of Oxford University, Henry Liddell. This young lady became the prototype of the main character in the tale The Adventures of Alice in Wonderland. The incredible story about a girl who fell down a rabbit hole and found herself in Wonderland has been capturing the hearts of readers around the world for over a hundred years and has sparked many debates.
