David Copperfield

«David Copperfield» is the first work of Charles Dickens, where the narrative is told in the first person. The story of David Copperfield begins with his birth and ends when we can no longer worry about his fate, which can be described as winding and capricious. David's father died even before his birth. His mother remarried, as it turned out later, to a rude and heartless man.
