My Emotions

The "Planet of Emotions" series is developed based on the successful practical experience of a child psychologist, to help children learn to express their feelings and talk about emotions.
The series includes two books - "My Emotions" and "My Feelings." They... feature comics with main characters, explanations for children, and comments for parents, as well as creative exercises for self-reflection.
"My Emotions" is the first book in the series, where an alien named Remik arrives on Earth for the first time and meets a boy named Sasha. Together, they find themselves in familiar situations for children, experiencing joy and sadness, and discovering how easily one can overcome the fear of the unknown and darkness. They also understand that emotions aren't bad: for example, anger will prompt the heroes to help another person.
