My Feelings

The "Planet of Emotions" series was developed by a practicing child psychologist to help children understand their own and others' experiences, and then respond appropriately to events.
The books in the series are illustrated with comics, include comments for parents, and... exercises that will help children understand their mood and teach them self-control.
"My Feelings" is the second book in the series. Its characters are a boy named Sasha and an alien named Remik. Together with them, children will learn why interest arises and how to maintain it, what trust is and who deserves it, how to overcome resentment and jealousy, forgive and ask for forgiveness, overcome doubts and make choices, why there can be shame and when it should not be felt.
