Dear A. We Live with Alzheimer’s

In the house where Anelka lives with her sister and parents, Alzheimer’s intrudes. Because of him, the beloved grandmother forgets everything, doesn’t recognize her loved ones, and struggles with the simplest tasks. Anelka writes letters: «Dear A., I want you... to get out! Immediately!» The girl believes that if she drives A. away, everything will be alright, and her grandmother will recover.
This book is not about miracles, but about acceptance, love, and the importance of saying goodbye and letting go in time. This unique, touching, warm, and full of sad humor book was born from the personal experiences of Polish writer Anna Sakovich.
